As a Retail Grooming Assistant, you will:

  • Provide customers with outstanding customer service and an exceptional in-store experience.

  • Work proactively as part of our team

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the store

  • Assist our team in the grooming department

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum 2years experience working in a busy retail store

  • Must be able to work Saturday mornings as required

  • A knowledge of the health and care of pets, including dogs, cats and small animals

  • A genuine love and concern for the wellbeing of all animals

  • A passion for retail

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • The ability to work fast in a team as well as autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A can-do, hands on attitude
